Your wine educator will expertly guide you through a flight of five (5) varietal selections in a setting that will transport you to the elegance of another time. This experience is intended for guests 21 or older.

$85 Per Person

Your reservation should account for all guests in your party, and only guests participating in the tasting will be accommodated at the table. Guests must be 21 or older for this experience. The Chez Nous Reserve Tasting is only complimentary for Chateau St. Jean Wine Club Members & Connoisseur Wine Club Members only. Foley Food & Wine Society sister winery club members will be charged the full price. Reservations for this experience are only available Friday – Sunday with 2 seatings at 10:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Please inquire for availability outside of the regularly scheduled tasting days for this experience.

Hard-boiled egg, fingerling potatoes, tomatoes, shallots, French green beans, Niçoise olives and capers on a bed of spring mix greens,  served with house dressing.

PAN BAGNAT - $25
Meaning ‘bathed bread,’ this classic French sandwich soaks up all the goodness of chicken, tapenade, goat cheese, tomatoes, arugula and shallots tossed with olive oil and served on a baguette.
 
JAMBON-BEURRE - $25
This quite simply delicious and quintessentially French sandwich features sliced ham on a generously buttered baguette.
 
CROQUE ST. JEAN - $25
Inspired by the Croque Madame sandwich, and honoring our founder, Jean:  ham, tomme cheese, and hard-boiled egg are dressed with classic bechamel sauce, and served on a baguette.

Tasting Table with Wine and Cheese

50th Anniversary Library Tasting

Throughout 2023 we’ll be celebrating fifty years of winemaking by opening our library wines and offering a vertical tasting of the Bordeaux varietals that brought Chateau St. Jean and Sonoma to the attention of the wine world. Wines will be expertly paired with small bites selected by our chef and, for an added historical perspective, served in private rooms on the second floor of the chateau that are rarely open to the public. This experience is for 21+ years of age only.

$180 Per Person, Reservations Required
